2 cantuna, packed in water drained

2 mdchopped roma tomatoes

juice from 3 lemons

How To Make tuna and bean salad

1CHOP HEAD OF LETTUCE DRAIN TUNA CANS AND SHRED WITH FORK IN BOWL ADD OIL AND LEMON JUICE TO TUNA MIX WELL ADD SALT AND PEPPER ADD BEANS MIX WELL ADD CHOPPED ONION ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES TOSS AND MAYBE DRIZZLE A BIT MORE OLIVE OIL OVER TOP. ADD TOMATOES AND TOSS

2NOW PUT LETTUCE IN BOWL AND TUNA MIXTURE ON TOP!
