Ingredients For tuna and bean salad

    head of romain lettuce
  • 1 can
    garbanzo beans, dry
  • 2 can
    tuna, packed in water drained
  • 2 md
    chopped roma tomatoes
  • 1 sm
    sweet onion chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
    good olive oil
  • juice from 3 lemons
  • salt and pepper

How To Make tuna and bean salad

    CHOP HEAD OF LETTUCE DRAIN TUNA CANS AND SHRED WITH FORK IN BOWL ADD OIL AND LEMON JUICE TO TUNA MIX WELL ADD SALT AND PEPPER ADD BEANS MIX WELL ADD CHOPPED ONION ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES TOSS AND MAYBE DRIZZLE A BIT MORE OLIVE OIL OVER TOP. ADD TOMATOES AND TOSS
