Ingredients

finly grated or slivered cut --purple cabbage

tomatoe( cubed about 1 inch circumfrance)
1/3 c
black olives-pitted and sliced in half
2 tsp
oilive oil
2 tsp
dill weed
1 tsp
basil, dried

THIS IS A REALLY LIGHT AND ZESTY MEDLEY OF FLAVOURS

2 tsp
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
grated parmsean cheese
1 can(s)
tuna of choice

Directions Step-By-Step

i love too sliver my cabbage , then i have two dffernt stlyles of either leaving it slivered or traditional finely diced .
cube your tomaote
slice your black olives in half
open your can of tuna (I perfer the oil canned tuna , I find the taste much better)

add it all in a bowl
take a separate bowl for the dressing
put in the dill
parsley
dijion mustard
red wine vinigar
use the oil of the tuna

WHISK THE INGREDIENTS WITH A FORK TILL SMOOTH AND CREAMY LIKE.

add the tuna ontop of the colslaw mix
add the dressing.

and vouallla --the perfect high protien low carb delight..
