Karen's Tuna Salad
This was given to me by my best friend and "sister" I had never liked Tuna Salad till I tried hers! Of course we only use h er mom's 14 day sweet pickles!
1Boil in pan of water 4 eggs
When done and cooled peel and chop in pieces
2Chop the pickles in small pieces
3In a bowl place drained tuna( chop it up some) the boiled eggs( chopped), the sweet pickles( chopped) - add the mayonaise, and salad supreme
4Stir together very well. If needed you can pour some of the sweet pickle juice in with the salad and stir well and serve! Great on a crossiant bun!
