Italian Tuna Salad
Simple,great tasting,quick and easy to do, with a lot of different things to do with it. Easy on your diet if counting calories !
1Add your tuna to a small bowl. If canned in water, DRAIN well. Add 1 to 2-1/2 Tablespoons dressing. Mix well. Give a 15 minute rest to tuna to absorb flavor after mixing. This can be served in a bed of lettuce or in a large tomato cut into star wedges from the top but attached at bottom. If you like crunch, add diced celery or your favorite whatnot...
Rule of thumb for how many people is: 2 cans per person or like equivalent from a pouch.
