leaves baby romaine lettuce
1/2 c
shredded carrots
1 Tbsp
shredded cheese
sliced red onion
1 sprig(s)
celery
1 small
can tuna
1 Tbsp
low-fat mayonnaise
dash
salt and pepper

OPTIONAL:

1 small
optional: thin sliced, 1 tbls. yellow, & red bell pepper, and 1 mild jalapeno pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Place lettuce leaves onto plate

mix tuna, mayo, salt, pepper, sliced celery,

Fill lettuce with tuna mixture

top with shredded carrots & cheese and serve

Optional: top with thinly sliced red onion
