Good for tuna melts, a nutty whole grain bread and Swiss cheese is what I used.

Ingredients

2 small
cans of tuna packed in water, drained
2
mini yellow bell pepper, chopped finely
2
eggs, hard boiled, chopped
2 tsp
garlic powder
2 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
thyme, dried
1/2 tsp
celery salt
1 1/2 tsp
dijon mustard
4-5 Tbsp
mayonnaise, fat-free
1 Tbsp
sweet relish
1 tsp
lemon juice
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl mix together tuna, yellow sweet pepper, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and celery salt.
2Whisk together, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, sweet relish, and lemon juice.
Stir into the tuna mixture until combined.
Taste to add pepper and salt.
