I am not a big fan of tater salad. So I got to thinking there has to be a better way to make tater salad that I would like. In this it don't have the mayo or tater cubes and it don't have a lot of other stuff the reg. tater salad calls for

Ingredients For tater salad

  • 4
    taters you can use more if you cooking for a big dinner
  • 1 md
    onion
  • mustard
  • 4
    hard boiled eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pickles as many as you want to put in there
  • 3 Tbsp
    pickle juice

How To Make tater salad

  • 1
    get your taters and peel and cut them up in to cubes. put them in a sauce pan to boil. put your eggs on to boil.

    then chop the onions and pickles up. and when the taters get done get the mixer and mash the taters with it. then when the eggs get done peel them and chop them up then add the eggs, pickles, salt and pepper, onions mustard, pickle juice,

    then mix all that together then you can eat this cold or hot... I like it heated (on the mustard I just till its has a yellow color and that the taters have a little sour taste)
