Tortellini pesto salad

Ingredients

2 pkg
3 cheese tortellini pasta
1 jar(s)
pesto sauce with basil
2 box
cherry tomatoes - red and yellow mixed
1
red onion - thin sliced or chopped
1 1/2 c
bell peppers, red, orange yellow
1-2 bottle
zesty italian salad,dressing
1 c
shreddedparmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Cook tortellini pasta in boiling water 5-6 minutes. Add olive oil to the water to prevent sticking. Drain in colander and chill.
2Chop red onion, bell peppers. Half cherry tomatoes if they are large. Grape tomatoes preferred. Add to the cooled pasta.

Black olives optional
3Toss pasta with pesto, zesty Italian dressing. Add shredded parmesan cheese . Refrigerate until ready to serve
