shell pasta cooked and cooled

shredded cabbage
2 medium
carrots diced
1 medium
red onion diced
1 medium
red pepper diced
1 medium
cucumber diced
1/2 c
pickled asparagus diced (optional)
1 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c
mayonnaisse
1/2 c
sugar
1/3 c
white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix first 8 ingredients together in a large bowl. Set aside.

Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over salad and mix well.
