tantalizing tomatoes topped with vinaigrette

The original source of this recipe was came from a small cookbook that was included when we purchased an electric knife....many, many moons ago. It's been tweaked over the years and is fabulous with summer tomatoes. Quick, easy and oh so good. Vinaigrette can be used over salads and/or other veggies. Enjoy!

Ingredients For tantalizing tomatoes topped with vinaigrette

  • 1/2 c
    oil and vinegar based french dressing
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped pickle
  • 1 tsp
    chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 3
    tomatoes, sliced

How To Make tantalizing tomatoes topped with vinaigrette

    Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in covered jar and shake well before using.

    Serve over sliced tomatoes.
