RED CABBAGE SALAD

Ingredients

1/2 medium
red cabbage, chopped
1
spring onion, diced
1
apple, cut in chunks
1/2 c
pecans, chopped
1/2 c
coconut
1 pkg
vegetable dip mix
any vinagarette dressing (raspberry is nice)

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together, EXCEPT dip mix, mayo, and dressing. Set aside
2Mix the dip mix, mayo, and vinagarette dressing to taste. Add enough to think the dip.
3Mix with cabbage.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
4Set aside and let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight.
