Everyone who has tries this loves this. My grandmother (who came from Italy), mother and me has made this our whole lives. In the winter use the recipe and a 15 ounce can of tomato sauce and use for bread stick dipping sauce.

1Thinly wedge tomatoes into a bowl

3Add rest of ingredients and let set for 1 hour to blend flavors.
