Given to me by Auntie Jewel. We usually had this with Ham. Note: we did not have pimento in ours but you can add if so desired.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
corn
1 can(s)
english peas
1 can(s)
green beans
1 can(s)
sliced carrots
1 medium
onion chopped
1 medium
bell pepper chopped
1 c
celery chopped
3/4 c
vinegar
3/4 c
vegetable oil
6 Tbsp
sugar or splenda
1/2 tsp
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Step-By-Step

1Drain canned vegetables and pour in large plastic bowl w/lid. Add chopped onion, bell pepper and celery.

2Mix in small bowl, vinegar, oil, sugar and spices. Add to vegetable bowl. Marinate in refrigerator over night. Stir several times. Keeps well.
