Ingredients

coleslaw (made fresh or purchased)

small red delicious apples
2 c
pineapple tidbits, well drained
2 c
dried cherries (or rasisins, cranberries or apricots)
1 c
shredded coconut

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients except the coconut together.
2Top with coconut before serving.
3Excellent with ham or pork.
