This one is from my niece and it sure is tasty...Add chicken breast to make it a meal.

Ingredients

5
large garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
lemon juice, fresh
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
yellow mustard
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
olive oil, extra virgin
pepper, to taste
1/2 lb
bacon, cooked
1/8 c
parmesan cheese
2
2 romaine lettuce head
1 pkg
croutons

Step-By-Step

1Rinse and drain Romaine leaves. Tear into bite size pieces set aside.
2Peel and mince Garlic.
3Add the sugar,lemon juice, worchestersire, mustard, mayo and pepper add to the bowl with the garlic mix well cover and set aside.
4Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel and crumble for bacon bits.
5Just before serving add the 1/2 c olive oil to the rest of the ingredients you had set aside and mix well. Pour over lettuce and toss.
6Sprinkle with Bacon bits, Parmesan and Croutons toss again. Serve immediately.
