Ingredients For basil and jicama salad

  • 1/2 c
    fresh spinach
  • 1/2 c
    fresh kale, chopped
  • 8
    leaves, fresh basil
  • 1/3 c
    jicama, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2
    avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • tajin seasoning (to taste)

How To Make basil and jicama salad

  • 1
    Toss spinach, kale, jicama and basil together in medium bowl.

    Add avocado.
  • 3
    Mix together the olive oil and lime juice in a seperate bowl and add mixture to salad.
  • 4
    Sprinkle with Tajin.
