Congealed Cherry Salad
My family loves this salad. It is great for holidays or any time.
1Dissolve cherry Jell-o in 1 cup hot water.
2Mix in cherry pie filling.
3Add 1 cup cold water and cottage cheese. Mix gently until well blended.
4Pour into a 9x13 inch dish.
5Sprinkle with the pecans. Chill until set.
6Cut into squares to serve. Top with whipped cream if desired.
