Ingredients

4 small
bell peppers
5 bunch
butter lettuce leaves
1
carrot, shredded
3
slices ham
1
tortilla
2 Tbsp
garlic flavored humis

Step-By-Step

1Bake tortilla in dry sm. cast iron skillet for approx. 12 min. At 400 F. When thoroughly browned for breaking into chips.
2Place lettuce onto plate. Shred carrot, slice peppers in half removing seeds & white pulp, add. Humis into center. Julienne cut ham and place broken chips around sides and begin eating.
