- lettuce head
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- fine or coarse sea salt
1Get out the plate you will eat your salad on, and take out the necessary ingredients.
2Depending on how much salad you want, take out the desired amount of lettuce leaves from the head. Tear it up and spread it evenly on your plate.
3Pour in lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. I personally try to keep the olive oil and lemon juice equal in amount, the same with the salt and pepper.
4Mix the salad well. If you think you want more of a particular ingredient(s), you can do so now.
