Ingredients

6 c
chopped lettuce
1 box
(10 oz.) thawed frozen peas
1 medium
red or purple onion, chopped fine
½ c
dried cranberries
3 medium
hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 c
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
sugar
5 slice
bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
½ c
sliced almonds

Step-By-Step

1Mix the mayo and the sugar together in a small bowl.

2Layer everything in the order of the ingredients in a trifle bowl or in a 9x13" casserole dish.

3Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
