Ingredients For belgian endive wedge salad

  • 1 bottle
    prepared blue cheese dressing
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 15
    pieces belgian endive, cut into quarters lengthwise

How To Make belgian endive wedge salad

    For dressing, combine all ingredients (except endive) in a large mixing bowl. Whisk gently until blending well. Lay endive flat on a chilled platter. Drizzle dressing on top and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.

    TIP: You can also add crispy bacon or chopped tomato.
