Ingredients

3 c
torn mixed salad greens
1/2 medium
red pear, diced
1 pkg
(4 oz) snack-size cup mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 c
seedless red grapes, halved
1/4 c
dried cranberries
1/4 c
chopped pecans, toasted

DRESSING

4 1/2 tsp
canola oil
1 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp
sugar
1/8 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1In a salad bowl, combine the greens, pear, oranges, grapes, cranberries and pecans.
2In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
