Ingredients For northwest waldorf salad

3/4 cchopped celery

1/2 cchopped dried cherries (or fresh if they are in season)

1/4 cchopped hazelnuts, toasted

1/3 cplain fat-free yogurt

3 Tbspreduced-fat sour cream

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1/4 tspsalt

2bartlett pears (about 1 pound)
How To Make northwest waldorf salad

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine yogurt, sour cream, juice, and salt in a bowl, stirring well with a whisk.

2Drizzle yogurt mixture over celery mixture; toss gently.

3Peel, core, and chop pears.

4Add pears to salad, and toss gently. Cover and chill 1 hour.
