Shred chicken breast into small pieces.
Add celery , red grapes,shredded carrots,and chopped walnuts.
Mix mirical whip,cool whip, salt, pepper,and lemon juice together.
Pour over chicken mixture and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to let flavors blend. Serve on lettuce leaf with crackers.
