    head napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 bunch
    radishes, sliced
  • 6
    green onions, sliced
  • 4
    clementines, peeled and sectioned
  • 2
    boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 c
    slivered almonds, toasted
  • DRESSING
  • 1/3 c
    rice vinegar (unseasoned)
  • 1/4 c
    Bragg's liquid aminos* (see notes below)
  • 2 tsp
    sesame oil (toasted)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    oil*
  • 3 tsp
    ginger paste*
  • 1 tsp
    Truvia*

How To Make chinese chicken salad

    Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.

    Pour over salad. Toss well to coat and refrigerate.

    *These are the ingredients I used but feel free to make substitutions. Bragg's Liquid Aminos: This is a natural soy sauce alternative. It's gluten-free and hasn't been fermented. I got this at Kroger, in the health food section. You could use low-sodium soy sauce or tamari instead. Gourmet Garden ginger paste: This tastes as good as fresh, without any prep work! You can find it in the produce section of the grocery. Truvia: This is a natural sweetener made from the stevia plant. 0 calories! I used organic hemp seed oil that I get from Mountain Rose Herbs.
