Avocado Chicken Salad

Serve this chicken salad on chips, or use the chips as dippers! For a heartier meal, add some black beans and corn mixed into the salad. From Cooking Light. Quick and Easy to make since it uses a store-bought rotisserie chicken.

Ingredients

fresh lime juice

rotisserie chicken breasts, shredded

fresh cilantro, chopped

salsa, hot

ripe avocado, peeled and diced

Step-By-Step

1Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add chicken and cilantro; toss to combine.
2Gently fold in salsa and avocado.
3Serve with chips.
