Growing up, our whole family would work on this together. Including the tasting to see if it needed more pickles or celery salt. The recipe was done by sight from parents experience. I finally got my mother to measure out the ingredients so I could write it down make it with my own kids.

It is always a barbecue favorite. My daughter likes it warm right after it's made while others like it after a night in the refrigerator when all the flavors fuse.

Ingredients

5 lbs.
potatoes, boiled soft, peeled and cubed while hot

medium white onion

22 oz. jar sweet pickles, drained and chopped

DRESSING

3 cups
mayonnaise
1 cup
mustard
2 1/2 tsp
salt
1 1/2 tsp
celery salt
1 tsp
accent
1/2 tsp
pepper
