A FRIEND OF MINE FROM PALISTINE MADE THIS FOR ME ON A VISIT AND IT WAS A GOOD TWIST TO THE NORMAL POTATO SALAD I HAVE ALWAYS MADE

Ingredients

5 medium
potatoes
1 c
mayonnaise
1 can(s)
peas
1 can(s)
corn
5 large
hard boiled eggs

Step-By-Step

1BOIL WATER IN A LARGE PAN. PEEL POTATOES AND CUT INTO CUBES. COOK POTATOES UNTIL SOFT BUT NOT MUSHY ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES. CHECK TENDERNESS WITH A FORK. DRAIN AND COOL WITH COLD WATER. SET ASIDE

2BOIL EGGS AND PEEL CUT INTO SMALL PIECES

3IN LARGE BOWL ADD YOUR EGGS CORN AND PEAS. THEN ADD YOUR MAYO AND MIX TOGETHER. MIX IN YOUR COOKED POTATOES. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
