Boil the potatoes, till fork tender. Drain and let cool before peeling. Boil eggs to hard-boiled stage. Peel potatoes and eggs then cut into bite size chunks. Add salt & pepper to taste.
I didn't put the amount of mayo, relish or onions because I do it by taste. You can also use light mayo or add chopped ham or bell pepper to your salad, but this is the way I've made it for YEARS and it works!!!
