peel and cube potatoes, boil until tender. meanwhile boil eggs until finished. Fry the bacon until cripsy in pan. When potatoes, eggs and bacon are all finished put in med-large bowl mash potatoes then add egg and bacon. Add mayo, stir then add mustard, relish, hot sauce , celery seed and onion stir well until all blended. When finished refrigerate until cold or over night for best results.
