I was at a church fellow ship,and a lady ,brought this and all ready had the recipe typed out for me.She felt I would like it .And she is right.She said she had gotten it from Diana Rattra,at another site

Ingredients For baked potato salad

  • 5 lg baking potatoes-baked and chilled
  • 12 slices cooked bacon,diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese-i use sharp
  • 4-green onion's sliced thin
  • 1/2
    teaspoon celery seed(you can leave it out)
  • 1/2
    teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 /4
    cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2
    cup of sour cream(light or regular)
  • 4 tablespoon's of milk
  • more sliced green onion for garnish(optional)

How To Make baked potato salad

  • 1
    Cut the chilled potatoes into 1/2 inch slices.(I peeled the skin off the potatoes)Combine in a large bowl with the bacon,green onions,celery seed's,and pepper.Stir in the mayonnaise,sour cream and milk.Garnish with green onions ,if desired
