Tuna Macaroni Salad
Ok, I know these ingredients sound odd together, but I have taken it to church suppers, and it seems to go over well, as I never get to bring any leftovers home! My kids grew up with this one too.
- elbow macaroni, cooked
- tuna, packed in water
- green olives
- chopped celery or celery salt
- mayonnaise or lite mayonnaise
1Cook elbow macaroni til just done, and drain.
2In the meantime, dice one stalk of celery, (or add one teaspoon of celery salt) and open 2 cans of tuna.
3In a large bowl, combine elbows, celery, tuna,1 c. green olives, and 1/2 c. mayonnaise. Mix well. (Add more if it seems too dry) *Optional:I have also added a can of mushrooms to bulk it up! That's it!
