This is a sweet and creamy recipe that's a breeze to put together. Its rich flavor makes it a perfect choice for serving at your next luncheon or potluck.

Ingredients

1 pkg
bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pkg
frozen cheese tortellini (appx 13 oz)
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
white sugar
2 tsp
cider vinegar
1 c
raisins (can soak in warm water to plump)
1 c
sunflower seeds (shelled, of course....hehe)

Step-By-Step

1Cook bacon until evenly browned; drain, crumble, and set aside.

2Cook frozen cheese tortellini as directed on pkg.

3In small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar for dressing.

4In large bowl, combine tortellini, bacon, raisins, sunflower seeds.

5Pour dressing over salad and toss.

6Enjoy!!
