Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 8 ounces mushrooms, diced
- 1 box macaroni
- 1 large baking potato
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make sweetened macaroni salad

Step 1In skillet, melt butter; add mushrooms & cook until browned, about 15 - 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 2Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain.

Step 3Boil potato until tender, about 20 - 30 minutes. Peel & cool completely. Dice.

Step 4In a large bowl, add mayo, milk, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper; mix well to combine.

Step 5Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours prior to serving.
