Seafood Salad

This I came across one day while making macaroni salad one and realized I didn't have any meat for dinner. So I combined the crab meat that I had on hand and came up with this.

Ingredients

1 box
pasta shells
2 oz
package of flaked imitation crabmeat or you can use real crab meat
1 c
mayo or more to your liking
1 - 2 Tbsp
old bay season or more if desired

carrot chopped
1
green bell pepper chopped
2 Tbsp
salad seasoning (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook pasta according to package directions. Cool pasta.

Put crab meat and chopped vetables in a bowl.

Add pasta, mayo, old bay seasoning and salad seasoning and mix well.

Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours to let flavors blend. Overnight is the best.

You can also add celery, tomato's and onions to this as well. Gives it really good flavor.
