this recipe was passed on to me by my late mother in law. she made the best pasta salad i ever tasted. i remember how much time and love she put into every one she made, i still put the love in, i have just changed a few things to save time and added a little twist to the flavor.

Stove Top


1 box
wacky mac
1 medium
cucumber, peel. deseeded(if desire)
1 large
tomato. diced or use cherry tomatoes
1/2 medium
onion, diced(if desire)
1/2 pkg
crumbles or block cheese, cubed any flavor
sweet gherkins, diced + some juice
ranch dressing
garlic salt
ground black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook macaroni according to, prepare cucumber, tomato, onion and pickles.
Pour macaroni into large mix bowl, add mayo,garlic salt,pepper, pickles and onion mix well. add cheese and ranch dressing(to taste)mix. lay tomato and cucumber slices on top. ENJOY!!
Tip: i usually try and use a sharp cheese or a mix of monterey jack and sharp. also if i have it on hand i love the taste of a red bell pepper diced and added.
