This is a favorite for any family dinner or cookout. My moma has always made this until I got married & she gave the recipe to me & now I make it for all our get-togethers. You could use whole wheat or Dreamfields macaroni & it tastes just as great but it's a little healthier. Using red, orange, or yellow bell peppers can give it some color & you could also use some diced ham or bacon pieces to change it up a little. Hope you enjoy!
