Macaroni Salad For a Crowd

This was a staple at my sister-in-law's dinners every family get together and all holidays celebrated at her house. I never left without asking for some to take home if there were any leftovers.

1 box
(16 oz.) macaroni shells or twists
hard boiled eggs, diced
1 medium
green bell pepper, diced
2 medium
onions, diced
cucumbers, cut up
2 medium
tomatoes, diced
1 pkg
(4 oz.) ham, diced
1 c
or more mayonaise
1 1/2 Tbsp
yellow mustard
1/2 tsp
seasoning salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook macaroni shells as directed on box. Cool and rinse. Mix together with rest of the ingredients, using 1 cup mayonnaise to start. Add more if needed. Keep chilled.
