GREEN NOODLES.. Candelight's famous RELISH DISH

Actually customers would always ask for more helpings!
The recipe was a secret one...and many of us miss this treat.
SOOOO I have tried to recreate this dish.After a few mistakes
I think I have now come pretty close to a clone of the original taste. I like it, and I hope you do also.

- 1 pkg
- rotti noodles, cooked to package directions.
- green onions, minced
- 4 medium
- stalks of celery, minced
- 3/4 c
- canola oil
- 1/2 c
- apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c
- 1 small
- bottle -green food coloring
1Drain, rinse and cool noodles.
In a bowl combine, oil, vinegar, honey, green food coloring. Mix.
Then pour and mix over cooked noodles.
Add onions and celery. Mix. Cover and put in refrigerator 3 hours, but better over night.
2This is a recipe you can play with the oil, vinegar, and honey to your liking.
Maybe you would like to add a few chopped green olives, or a little green pickle relish.
Myself, I like a tiny dash of Green Tabisco added.
But then I like Green Tabisco..on my eggs also....
