I love beets and peas so I threw this together! It will make a good side salad or for a great lite lunch!

Ingredients For beet, cheese and peas salad

4 c

elbow macaroni, cooked
1/2 c

mayonnaise
1/2 c

sour cream
1 tsp

celery seed
1 Tbsp

dried minced onion
1 can

string beets
2 c

frozen peas
1/2 lb

medium chedder cheese, cubed

How To Make beet, cheese and peas salad

Mix sour cream and mayo add celery seed and minced onion. This is the dressing.

Mix cooked pasta and peas. Add dressing and mix well.

Rinse frozen peas or drain canned peas. Add to pasta. Same with canned beets.

Cube cheese and add to salad. I added another can of sliced beets to the top because we love beets!
