Zesty Broccoli Salad

broccoli, bunch
1 lb
cherry tomatoes
1 can(s)
black olives, 16 oz.
1 large
green pepper
1 large
red onion
1 can(s)
red kidney beans drained. 16 oz.
1 can(s)
yellow wax beans, drained. 16 oz.
1 lb
fresh mushrooms
1 can(s)
water chestnuts. 12 oz.
1 large
1 bunch
radishes, sliced
1 pkg
zesty italian dressing mix
1 bottle
zesty italian dressing 16 oz.

Directions Step-By-Step

Break broccoli into bite size pieces. Slice tomatoes, olives,green pepper,onions, water chestnuts, mushrooms, cucumber and radishes.
Put all vegetables together in a large bowl. Sprinkle with dry dressing mix, and toss. ADD:
bottle of italian dressing. Stir.
Let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or so before serving.
Makes a very large salad. enjoy...
