Adapted from about.com. The recipe specifically says raw pork sausage but I would use cooked.

Ingredients

1 bunch
red radishes, sliced

carrots, sliced

cucumber, cubed

potatoes, cooked, peeled, cubed

pork sausage, sliced (recioe says raw)
4 oz
emmalander cheese, cubed
4 oz
greyerzer cheese, cubed
4 oz
tilister cheese, cubed
Pepper
to taste
1
onion, chopped
1 clove
garlic, minced
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
lemon juice
4 Tbsp
vinegar
5 Tbsp
oil
1-2
hard boiled eggs, sliced
2
tomatoes, sliced
chives, chopped

Step-By-Step

1Mix vegetables, meat, cheeses in a bowl.
2Mix dressing (pepper to oil), add to veggies..
3Decorate with egg and tomato slices, and chives.
