Ingredients For woodchuck relish

  • 1 md
    cabbage, shredded
  • 2
    green peppers, cut julienne
  • 2
    sour pickles
  • 2 oz
    pimentos
  • 1 dash
    celery seed
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 dash
    olive oil
  • 1 dash
    vinegar
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/8 tsp
    sugar

How To Make woodchuck relish

  • 1
    Combine vegetables, (I chop the sour pickles in my food processor) in a mixing bowl. In a separate small mixing bowl add garlic powder, olive oil, vinegar, pepper,& salt.

    Add oil mixture to the vegetable mixture. toss to coat the vegetables and sprinkle sugar on top.

    * I found this to be like a coleslaw with a twist from the normal.
