Top Ramen Salad aka Asian Coleslaw
|1 medium||coleslaw or make your own (which i've done)|
|2 pkg||top ramen (i use oriental)|
|1/2 c||raw cashews|
|1/2 c||almonds, slivered|
|1/4 c||shelled raw sunflower seeds|
|DRESSING INGREDIENTS BELOW|
|1/3 c||apple cider vinegar (i have also used rice vinegar)|

My mother-in-law has always made this. So I tried making it for the first time last year. Not only is it easy, but everyone loves it.
Crunch uncooked ramen noodles in a large bowl. Add all the nuts and cole slaw mixture. Mix well
Next make your dressing and store in an airtight container.
I add the dressing about an hour before I serve the salad so it doesn't get soggy.
