I just recently came to love avocados and I enjoy finding new ways to prepare them. This recipe was found on Taste of Home recipe site and my family tried it. Its lite,and taste so good.
Its low in calories too. only 202 calories per serving.
great on a hot day and one we make alot-hope you all enjoy it. will post a picture soon

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados,peeled and sliced
2 large tomatoes,cut in wedges
1 medium onion,cut in wedges
1 cup italian salad dressing
lettuce leaves, optional

Directions Step-By-Step

In a bowl,mix together avocados,tomatoes and onions.

Add the salad dressing and stir to coat.

Chill 20-30 minutes. Serve over lettuce leaves.
