some times i just like to have a quick and easy supper so i fix this salad it is good and healthy

- 4-5 large
- ripe tomatoes
- garlic salt
- vegetable oil
1dice the tomatoes and place in a bowl. sprinkle with some garlic salt on top, toss. add more garlic salt to your own liking. sprinkle with pepper and add salt (only if needed).
2pour just a tiny bit of vegetable oil over tomatoes and toss (add more oil to your own taste). let sit for a few minutes (or refrigerate for an hour or so) before serving
