Tomato, mozzerella, basil salad

This is a colorful, easy, and very good tasting simple salad to accompany most any dish.

Ingredients

8 oz
package pearl mozzerella balls
1
container cherub or grape tomatoes
frest basil

DRESSING

6 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
3/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
sugar
black pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1cut tomatoes in half. mix cheese, tomatoes and snipped basil (however much you prefer)
2In small bowl, mix dressing ingredents together, wisk and pour over tomato mixture.
