Tomato and Mozzarella Salad
Easy to make and very addictive to the taste buds.
1In cruet, mix the Italian dressing mix except add more water than oil (I use only about 1/4 of the oil that the cruet shows to use on the marked levels). I also use only olive oil in the mix.
2In a medium bowl, cut tomatoes and cheese in bite sized pieces into the bowl, pour 1/2 of the Italian dressing over the top and mix very well. Let the salad rest to absorb the Italian seasoning into the tomato and mozzarella and serve after at least 20 minutes or longer.
