Tomatensalat - Tomato Salad

Another recipe from my years stationed in Germany - this is a quick way to use your fresh summer tomatoes or those wonderful cherub cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
olive oil
2 tsp
"brown and spicy" mustard
2 Tbsp
cider or red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
3 medium
tomatoes, halved and sliced (or use halved cherry tomatoes)

Step-By-Step

1In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
2Add tomatoes; stir to mix. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
