This is a great sweet and tangy Southern Coleslaw found inspiration for this in an old clipping from Saveur Magazine.

Refrigerate/Freeze

Ingredients

1/2 c
mayonnaise only, do not substitute
1/4 c
prepared yellow mustard
1/4 c
seasoned rice vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp
granulated sugar
2 Tbsp
milk
1 Tbsp
light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
celery seed
1 medium
head of cabbage, shredded or 1 bag shredded produce cabbage

Directions Step-By-Step

Whisk together all ingredients, except cabbage. Mix well and pour over cabbage. Mix well to coat well. Chill ,until ready to serve. This salad is so good- give it a try, please.

Note:
Can add other veggies to this also, such as shredded carrots, or raw asparagus shredded, or shredded radish and can use red cabbage.
